Return / Exchange Fee

Bombay Berri Return & Exchange Policy

• 5-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bombay Berri purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
• Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders, always.
• Prepaid vs COD
We recommend choosing prepaid payment for a smooth experience. COD orders carry a handling fee of ₹100 per product.
• Refunds Prepaid refunds are credited back to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued as Bombay Berri Store Credits.
• Unboxing Video Requirement
Please record a clear video while opening your package, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact. This video acts as proof in case of any missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Without it, we may be unable to process your return or refund request.
• Exchanges
Exchanges can be initiated once per product and are subject to stock availability.
• Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified (address, phone number, size, or style) or cancelled only before dispatch. To request changes, please reach us via email at bombayberri@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9784169251 (messages only, no calls).
