Shipping Policy
We aim to get every Bombay Berri order to your door quickly and carefully. Here's how our shipping works, from the moment you check out to the moment your package arrives.

1. Order Processing
Every order is processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress in real time. If you can't locate your tracking details, email us at bombayberri@gmail.com and we'll send them over.
5. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, Bombay Berri is not responsible for delays caused by:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Courier network delays
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- Strikes, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will apply before we can send it out again.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within India. If you're outside India and would like to place an order, email us at bombayberri@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
