  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS/Call once your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro cities: 1–2 business days
  • Other locations: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹60.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your order status at any time.


5. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive for timely delivery, Feemel is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Courier delays
  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen events

6. Wrong Address / Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. In case of incorrect address entry, the order may be returned to us, and reshipping charges will apply.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
