Return,Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bombay Berri, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return or exchange process.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The product is free from stains, damage, or alterations


What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

✔ Size issues
✔ Fit-related concerns
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Damaged or defective product (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)


What Is Not Eligible?

❌ Items that are worn, washed, or altered
❌ Products returned without original tags or packaging
❌ Items damaged due to improper use or washing
❌ Products purchased during sale or clearance (unless damaged or incorrect)


Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • You can request an exchange for a different size or color of the same product

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit ( credit can only be used on next purchase from our website)

  • Exchange products will be delivered within 5-7 days.

Return Process

  1. Email us or raise a request through our website within 5 days of delivery

  2. Our team will review and approve the request

  3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back or picked up (as per serviceability)

  4. After quality inspection, the refund will be processed


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality checks

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval into source account


Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be chargeable, unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos. We’ll resolve it at the earliest.
