3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments through Shopify’s secure payment gateways, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Bombay Berri is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

All designs, images, product descriptions, and content on this website are the property of Bombay Berri. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
