Bombay Berri is a made-in-India apparel brand offering bottomwear, combos, and linen essentials designed for everyday comfort and style. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bombay Berri, and "you" refers to the person accessing or using the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display product colors, fabrics, and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric batches.
• Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

• We accept payments through Shopify's secure payment gateways, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking, as well as cash on delivery where available.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received, or, for cash on delivery, once your order has been placed and accepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation and shipped across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on location. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

8. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by emailing us at bombayberri@gmail.com.
• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, though it may still be eligible for return under our Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including designs, photography, product descriptions, logos, and text, is the property of Bombay Berri and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of this content without our prior written consent.
